Car Sales Broker Services does not provide legal advice.
However, we have a sound understanding of the Motor Vehicle
Dealers Act 1995 and its amendments as of 7 June 2024.
We will not be held responsible for any loss, claim, liability, or damages
relating to the vehicle after the date of visual inspection or test drive. While
we act in good faith to represent our clients, the information obtained
and presented in our documentation is based on our professional
visual assessment and interpretation of the vehicle’s details and
condition at the time of appraisal, valuation, or intended sale/purchase.
Car Sales Broker Services charges a consultancy fee of $500.00,
which covers up to three hours of service. If less time is required, a
minimum fee of $400.00 applies (covering two hours), with a $100.00
reimbursement provided to the client. Ongoing proceedings will
be charged at an hourly rate of $250.00, all-inclusive, unless a
concession has been applied.
